To highlight their expanding staff, as well as well a multi-million dollar renovation, the Anthenaeum Theater partnered with JB Creative to create a new set of team headshots.

The Ask: Capture new headshots of the expanding team, while also featuring the center’s multi-million renovations.

The Process: 

  • Pre-shoot consultation: Communication with the marketing department to develop a clear understanding of the preferred look for the headshots, how the new event space will be highlighted as the backdrop, and making sure the images will fit with the center’s new brand.

  • Scope of work development and review: JB Creative created a custom package outlining the creative direction of the shoot, the time needed, and the expected date of deliverables.

  • Shoot: JB Creative was able to combine remote lighting with the space’s ambient lighting to create sharp, on-brand, visually interesting portraits of the new team members.

  • Post: Utilizing raw image processing and careful retouching, JB Creative delivered a refined set of professional images for immediate use in print and digital marketing materials.

The Finished Product:  Updated website and print content of both employees and the new event space, to help elevate the Athenaeum Center’s profile with current and future partners.
